The learned AGP Mrs. Rupali M Shinde on the basis of the written instructions of the Education Officer, Solapur states that a decision in respect of the proposal submitted in respect of the Petitioner, seeking approval, would be taken within a period of six weeks from date. In view of the said statement it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of. Needless to state that in the event the decision is against the Petitioner, then the Petitioner would be entitled to challenge the same by filing a fresh Writ Petition. Till such decision is taken, the status quo as of date to be maintained.
