After hearing the matter for some time, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the learned trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, and as far as possible, within one year from the receipt of this order.

The parties undertake to maintain the status-quo till the decision of the suit.

In view of this, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the suit pending before it on its own merits in accordance with the law expeditiously and preferably within one year from the receipt of this order uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order.
