By this civil application, the applicants seek stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 6th March 2009 passed by the learned District Judge, Sindhudurg.

By an order dated 9th December 2013, this Court has admitted the Second Appeal No.271 of 2009. By a separate order dated 9th December 2013 in the same application, this Court has directed the respondents not to disturb the possession of the applicants in respect of house no.957 situated in CTS No.215/2.

None appears for the respondents. No affidavit-in-reply is filed though served. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of the ad-interim order dated 9th December 2013. No order as to costs.
