Heard learned counsel Mr. Nikhil Mehta for the Appellant. By this First Appeal the Appellant - Insurance Company is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 03rd March, 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, ORAS @ Sindhudurg in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 19/2014 holding that the Respondent/Claimant is entitled a sum of Rs. 2,27,898/- by way of compensation with interest at the rate of 8% p.a. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the impugned Judgment and award, I am satisfied that Appellant has made out a case for following order:

b) Printing is dispensed with.

c) The Appellant is directed to file private paper book with copy to other side within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
