Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.
Applicant is apprehending arrest in the Crime No.579 of 2018 registered with Dahisar Police Station for the ofence punishable under Sections 354D and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC for short) and Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

In the year 2015, applicant and complainant enrolled their names on websites Shadi.Com and Jeevansathi. Com. It appears that the complainant and the the applicant got acquainted themselves through this website. It appears that the complainant found temperament of the applicant is not likely to match and thus decided not to tie nuptial knot with her. In September, 2018, complainant lodged the complaint and on her expression, subject crime was registered.
Pending application, on 26th April, 2019, applicant was granted interim relief on certain terms and conditions. He was directed to attend the police station in terms of the order.
Mr. Warunjikar the learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant attended the police station as directed by this court.
Mr. Gavand, the learned APP fairly submits that investigation is over and charge-sheet will be fled within three weeks from today.

In view of the facts of the case, as stated hereinabove, application is allowed.
In the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to infuence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;
He shall not tamper with prosecution evidence. Application stands disposed of.
