By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 331 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 03rd March, 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, ORAS @ Sindhudurg in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 19/2014. 3.

Though, the Respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them, when the matter called out.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. 1/2
