This Application is preferred by the claimant nos. 1 and 2 in counter claim restraining respondent no.1 from releasing the awarded compensation of Rs.13,287.45 in favour of respondent nos. 2 and 3 i.e. original claimants.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of legal heirs of respondent no.2 after taking instructions from his client makes a statement that the said amount is already withdrawn by them Sneha Chavan 1/2

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the legal heirs of respondent no.2, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application stands rejected.
