This is an application for relaxation of condition of reporting to police station imposed vide order dated 19.07.2018. 2.

The applicant was granted bail in connection with C.R. No.440 of 2017 registered with Wadala T.T. Police Station under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). The Applicant was directed to attend Wadala T.T. Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been reporting concerned police station as directed by the Court. The diary entries regarding reporting are annexed to the application. It is further submitted that the applicant is also attending the trial Court on the date of hearing of the case. Hence, the condition of reporting be relaxed.

Learned APP submitted that the offence is under Section 302 of IPC and therefore complete relaxation may not be granted to the applicant.

Considering the fact that the applicant has been reporting the police station since 2018, some relaxation can be granted to the applicant.

ORDER

(i) Order dated 19.07.2018 is modified.

(ii) The applicant is directed to attend the Wadala T.T. Police Station once in three months on the first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till further orders;

(iii) Application stands disposed of.
