This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.1A on record, who died on 18.01.2020. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of suspension of the physical court working after March, 2020 and the lock down, the applicants could not take steps for filing an application for bringing the legal representatives on record. Reliance in this regard is also placed on the order of the Supreme Court dated 23.03.2020 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No. 3 of 2020.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives, as set out in paragraph 6(a) of the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
