Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

The application seeks temporary bail / interim relief for a period of four weeks in view of the demise of the Applicant's mother on 24.05.2022. Admittedly several offences have been registered against the Applicant in different police stations; three out of which are before this Court today.

Mr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that on 03.06.2022 a prayer meet has been arranged with respect to the demise of the Applicant'

s mother for which the Applicant desires to register his presence. He submits that he is ready and willing to deposit the escort charges for taking him to the the prayer meet arranged at B/11 Naseem Chaul, Marol Naka, Chinat Pada, Andheri (West), Near Marol Fire Brigade Mumbai - 400 059. The Applicant is at present lodged in Taloja prison.

Hence the following order is passed:- (i) The jail authorities shall make arrangement to take the Applicant under police escort to attend the prayer meet between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on 03.06.2022 at the aforementioned address at Andheri (West);

(ii) Applicant shall be brought back to the jail by the police by 5.00 p.m.

(iii) Applicant shall deposit the charges for escort with the Prison Authorities in accordance with the prison rules and provide the receipt to the Jail Superintendent of Taloja Jail before 03.06.2022 to enable the authorities to make necessary arrangement;

(vi) With the above directions, the Interim Applications are disposed of.
