DATE : 3rd MAY, 2018.

P.C:- This Civil Application is not on board. Mentioned and taken up with Civil Writ Petition No.4149 of 2018, which is on board. By an order dated 4th April, 2018, this Court while fixing the matter on 3rd May, 2018, had directed the Petitioner to remove all office objections on or before 23rd April, 2018. The order dated 4th April, 2018 further proceeds that in case the objections are not removed, the Petition would stands dismissed without further reference to the Court. This Civil Application has been taken out to restore the Writ Petition No.4149 of 2018 which stands dismissed for failure to remove S.R.JOSHI

CAW-13930-2018 office objections, consequent to the order dated 4th April, 2018. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for not being able to remove the office objection within the time provided by the order dated 4th April, 2018.

Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that all the objection of the Registry would be removed within a period of one week from today. Needless to state, if objections are not removed within the above time, Petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In the above view, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

However, it is made clear that after removing the office objections, Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings as are available to it in law.
