By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to exclude the names of certain Respondents in the final voters list dated 12 April 2022 for election to Respondent No.3- society. The petition was filed on 26 May 2022 and it has remained pending without any interim order.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.5 states that elections are over and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
