None appears for the Applicant. On the last two occasions i.e. 18-1-2017 and 7-6-2017 also no appearance was put up on behalf of the Applicant. The delay is of 8 years and 200 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal of which condonation is sought by way of one of the above Civil Applications. It seems that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the above Civil Applications, hence this Court is constrained to dismiss the above Civil Applications for non prosecution.
