This Petition was produced yesterday to enable the learned APP to take instructions. However, the learned APP has not received instructions.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of wife of the Petitioner who is personally present in the Court states that the Petitioner will deposit in this Court a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- without prejudice to his rights and contentions within a period of four weeks from today. We accept the said statement.

In addition to service through Court, Advocate for the Petitioner to serve an authenticated copy of this order to the third Respondent. If proper Affidavit of service is not filed on or before 28 September 2016, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
By way of ad-interim relief we direct that though the investigation shall continue, the charge-sheet shall not be filed without leave of this Court.
