This is an application seeking relaxation of condition imposed upon the Applicants while enlarging them on bail by an order dated 22nd December, 2016. Applicant No.1 was directed not to enter within the jurisdiction of Murgad Police Station, pending hearing and final disposal of the appeal. However, Applicant No.1 was permitted to apply for relaxation of the said condition, after a period of one year from 22.12.2016.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the said liberty, Applicant No.1 approached this Court for relaxation of the condition. The condition imposed upon Applicant No.1 by an order dated 22nd December, 2016 has been strictly followd by Applicant No.1 since two years.

In view of this, the application deserves to be allowed. The Applicant shall report to the Court of Sessions Judge, Kolhapur once in six month on the date assigned by the Learned Sessions
30- APPA 753 of 2018 Judge. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the Learned Sessions Court shall make a report to the High and the prosecution is at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of bail.

In view of this clause (iii)of the operative order dated 22nd December, 2016 also stands modified. Application is allowed and stands disposed of.
