In the civil application, the applicant-husband has sought stay of the direction issued by the learned Judge, Family Court No. 3, Mumbai by an impugned judgment and order dated 16.2.2017, to pay maintenance of Rs. 8,000/- per month to the wife, under S. 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The relief prayed in this civil application is essentially the same, as sought in the appeal. Consequently, we are not inclined to pass any order in this application. The civil application is accordingly disposed of. 1 / 2
