This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 37 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 02.09.2014 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1395/2006. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 37 days, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) in the interest of justice, taking a liberal view of the matter. 4.

Office is directed to number the First Appeal and place it for admission in due course.
