The impugned order has been passed by the Authority in exercise of power under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("Code") against which the petitioner has alternative efficacious statutory remedy by way of filing of revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Code. Hence, by keeping all questions raised in the present writ petition open to be agitated before the State Government, the petitioner is permitted to challenge the validity of impugned order before the State Government.
