This is an Application for stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai dated 11.01.2017 in Application No. 2625 of 2009.

Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the Applicant - Insurance Company states that the entire amount is already deposited before the M.A.C.T., Mumbai. The Application filed on behalf of the Claimant for withdrawal of the amount is also partly allowed by this Court. Similarly,

CAF 2361-17.doc the Appeal is also admitted. In that view of the matter, during the pendency of the Appeal, there shall be stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai dated 11.01.2017 in Application No. 2625 of 2009.
