1) This is an application for relaxation of condition No. (ii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 27.10.2015. The said condition No. (ii) reads as under:- "The applicant shall attend the Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10.00a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial." 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that for last about one year the applicant is following the said condition. He submitted that though the charge has been framed by the trial Court the trial did not proceed. He submitted that the applicant being a lady, it is causing hardship to her in attending the concerned Police Station twice in a week and therefore the condition may suitably modified.
2 /2APPP-394-16-22 3) In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application condition No.(ii) imposed upon the applicant is relaxed and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m.to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. 4) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 27.10.2015 are not disturbed.
