..

Respondents ...

Ms.Divya Parab i/b Ms.Krupali H. Rajani for the Applicant. Mr.A.A.Palkar, A.P.P. for the State/Respondent. ...

CORAM: BHARATI DANGRE, J.

DATED : 13th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- 1.

The only ground on which the bail granted in favour of the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.603 of 2022 is sought to be cancelled is that there is no condition imposed putting restrictions on their travel.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/complainant and perused the order dated 06/05/2022, when the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.603 of 2022 have been directed to be released on bail in anticipation of arrest. M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 88 APPLN-198-22.doc One of the conditions on which the applicants therein are released on bail is that they shall attend the Sakinaka Police Station on every Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

Needless to state that breach of any of the condition permits the prosecution/complainant to apply for cancellation of bail, but merely apprehending that one of the applicants has job in Singapore and, therefore, he will abscond can be no ground for cancellation of bail. Further, the Court has ensured the presence of the applicants by directing them to attend the police station on every Sunday.

3.

The application, being devoid of merits, stands rejected. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) M.M.Salgaonkar
