By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the order dated 25th April, 2018, by which the applicant was permitted to travel to Khatmandu, Nepal from 6th May, 2018 to 11th May, 2018 and thereafter to USA from 15th June, 2018 to 30th June, 2018.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that because of nonavailability of the tickets, the applicant could not travel on the aforesaid dates. She submitted that now the applicant intends to travel to Khatmandu, Nepal, from 13th May, 2018 to 15th May, 2018, for attending a business seminar; to Dubai from 20th May, 2018 to 24th May, 2018, for business purpose; to Russia from 29th May, 2018 to 5th June, 2018 and again from 25th June, 2018 to 30th June, 2018, for business purpose and also to USA from 20th July, 2018 to 15th August, 2018, for the admission of his son. 4.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant - Sudhir Gudal, is permitted to travel to Khatmandu, Nepal, from 13th May, 2018 to 15th May, 2018, for attending a business seminar; to Dubai from 20th May, 2018 to 24th May, 2018, for business purpose; to Russia from 29th May, 2018 to 5th June, 2018 and again from 25th June, 2018 to 30th June, 2018, for business purpose and also to USA from 20th July, 2018 to 15th August, 2018, for the admission of his son. The Applicant on his return, shall remain present, as may be directed by this Court.

Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 25th April, 2018, to remain as it is.
