Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, in our considered opinion, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.1, i.e., the Divisional Commissioner, Pune to dispose of Externment Appeal filed by the Petitioner, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit- A to the petition as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
