14.appw221.15.sxw This is an application seeking restoration of the petition, which was dismissed on 17th March, 2015. There is a delay of 33 days in filing restoration application. For the reasons assigned in the paragraph- 3.1 of the application, the same deserves to be restored to its original status on the condition that the applicant shall deposit cost of Rs. 1,000/- in one week from today.

The application is allowed in the above terms and the matter be restored to its original status. The application is disposed of accordingly. Cost of Rs. 1,000/- be deposited within one week from today. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner shall serve copy of the Writ Petition upon the learned Counsel for the respondent.
