By this civil application, respondent no.2 seeks amendment to the cause title of the petition to correct the name of the petitioner as set out in prayer clause (a). Learned counsel for the petitioner till date has not carried out correction in the cause title. He has no objection to civil application being allowed. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
