The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file application before the trial Court for clubbing trial of the cases arising out of Regular Criminal Case No.1811/16 in C.R.No.334/16 registered with Naya Nagar Police Station and Regular Criminal Case No.1170/16 in C.R.No.596/16 registered with Kashimira Police Station. 2.

Leave with liberty is granted.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and all other contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
