By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 7 years and 125 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal. 2.

It appears that the applicant, having regard to his financial condition, after he was convicted, could not get legal advice and that, Wakodikar 1/2

12a. IA 1962-2023.doc only in March, 2023 when the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai appointed a legal aid Counsel, the aforesaid application/appeal was filed on his behalf.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 7 years and 125 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal, is condoned.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
