By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the order passed by the learned trial court deleting issue no.2. 3.

The petitioners would at liberty to raise this as one of the ground while impugning the final judgment and decree passed by the learned trial judge if the said judgment and decree is against the petitioners under section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
