Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that the entire amount of compensation under the impugned Judgment and Award dated 7th August 2014, passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.2245 of 2008, has already been deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company in the Tribunal, the adinterim stay granted by this Court to the execution of the Award is made absolute till the decision in First Appeal.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company in this Court is directed to be transferred to M.A.C.T., Mumbai in 1/2 CAF-2755-16==.doc
M.A.C.P. No.2245 of 2008. The M.A.C.T., Mumbai is directed to invest the said amount in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time thereafter till disposal of the First Appeal. 4.
