Respective counsel state that parties have moved for quashing of FIR with consent. They also submit that dispute is matrimonial in nature. We find that in Marriage Petition No.2505/2015 in the Family Court, Bandra, Consent Terms duly signed by parties were filed on 19/1/2019 and thereafter the proceedings have been converted into one for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent. 2.
