The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner's daughter Ms. Hetal has been granted admission to Dominic Savio Vidyalaya which is at a distance of 4 km from the petitioner's residence.

The Court would like to place on record its appreciation for the positive role played by the learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Thadani and Mr. A. G. Kothari, the learned advocate appearing for the school management.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
