After hearing parties yesterday, this matter is kept today. 2.

It is submitted by learned Advocate Mr. Kathane for Respondent No.1 that in fact survey is carried out as per the impugned order and further steps will be taken in due course. In fact, today, this Court is going to hear the parties finally, however, due to pre-occupation of Mr.Kathane the Petition could not be heard finally. Learned Advocate Mr. Abhishek Nandimath for the Petitioner pressed for interim relief. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr.Kathane for Respondent No.1 submitted that both the parties be directed to maintain status quo as on today, till the next date.

In view of that further action to be initiated after survey has
