The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, after Order dated 26th July 2004 was passed, the Petitioners had complied with their entire tenure as Trustees of the Martand Deo Sanstahn, Jejuri, Taluka Purander, District Pune and therefore the proceeding initiated by Joint Charity Commissioner Pune Region, Pune under Sec. 41(d) of the Bombay Public Trusts Act does not survive and the application filed by the Respondents as on today has become infructuous. 2.

I find substance in the said submissions. In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

In view thereof, place the Petition on 'Final Hearing Board' on 23rd September, 2019.
