Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners by these two Review Petitions seek to review order dated 14 May 2007 in Writ Petition (St) No.11528 of 2007 passed by the Division Bench (Coram : D.G. Karnik and A.A. Sayed., JJ.). Since both the learned Judges are not available, the matter is placed before us as a special bench.

We have perused the order under review and the memo of the Review Petitions. In the memo, the grounds taken are based on the merits of the order passed. Perusal of the order under review shows that contentions of the parties were recorded, and a detailed order was passed. If the parties were aggrieved by the same, they could have challenged the same. No ground is made out to exercise review jurisdiction. Both the Review Petitions are rejected. 5.

Assuming the delay is condoned, both the Applications are disposed of.
