The learned GP appearing for the State, on instructions given by Mr. Shrikrishna B. Pawar, makes a statement that the proceeding before the Minister under section 36A of the

Mugdha 2 911-CPST 13008-19 with CPST 13010-19.odt Maharashtra Land Revenue Code will be finally disposed of as expeditiously as possible, however within three months from today. 2.
