By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 127 days in filing the appeal. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the respondent though served.

Learned counsel for the respondent (original plaintiff) states that delay is not sufficiently explained in the civil application. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the averments made in paragraph 2 of the civil application and submits that there is a group of 3 matters in which the applicant applied for certified copy and those 3 matters were bulky. There is delay caused to get the documents filed and to obtain various other administrative
ppn 2 45.caf-3044.16.doc approvals. In my view, delay is sufficiently explained in paragraph 2 of the civil application. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
