Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submits that as a result of the amendment application of the Appellant being allowed, the Appellant would like to place on record a compilation of documents. The Appellant is permitted to file the compilation in the Registry. A copy of the compilation is tendered across the bar to the Respondent's Counsel. There is no further objection to be removed on the part of the Appellant. Accordingly, the self-operative dismissal order passed by this Court on 15 March 2019 is recalled and the appeal from order is restored to file. Registry to number the appeal from order and place the same on board for admission on 16 September 2019.
