Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

Learned APP on instructions states that in C. R. No. 144 of 2016 registered with the Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai, the police have filed N. C. final. She submits that in the facts, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not warranted. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the interim

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or local two sureties in the like amount.
