Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.
The petition is filed for following relief.
"(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct State Government and the Police Authorities including the Senior Inspector, Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai to take steps for arresting the abscoding accused in Cr.No.31/18 and in the event of failure to arrest the absconding accused, to proceed with the procedure prescribed under Sections 82 & 83 of the CRPC for issuing a proclamation and N.S. 58-wp-2125-2018 attachment of all the immovable and movable properties of the accused persons and report compliance to this Hon'ble High Court."

Mrs.Shinde, learned APP on instructions stated that all the five accused in C.R. No.31 of 2018 registered with Azad Maidan Police Station have been arrested and subsequently one of them is released on bail. She submits that the investigation in the subject CR is already completed. However, charge-sheet could not be filed in view of the interim order of this Court dated 09.05.2018.

Since all the accused are arrested and investigation is completed and statement is made by the learned APP that charge-sheet would be filed once interim order is vacated, the relief sought in this petition is rendered infructuous. The petition is accordingly dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition the interim order dated 09.05.2018 stands vacated.
