Leave and liberty granted.

Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. It is noticed that, CC No.837/PW/2012 arises out of CR No.5/12 dated 9th January, 2012 under Section 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is pending for final adjudication on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 62nd Court Dadar, Mumbai for last more than 7 years.
