Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. Office note shows that the Respondent has been duly served. None appears for the Respondent. There is no reply filed.

In view of the averments made in Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Application, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay of 373 days in preferring the Family Court Appeal. By the impugned decree,

sng cam-232.15 on a Petition filed by the Petitioner husband, the marriage solemnized between the Applicant and the Respondent is dissolved by a decree of divorce. 3.
