The above Petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order / communication dated 9-8-2016 of the Respondent No.2 herein by which an amount of Rs.10 lacs was directed to be earmarked in the account of the Petitioner in HDFC Bank, Sahakar Nagar, being No.03598470000295. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to file an application before the Trial Court. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
