The petition stands disposed of with following order :- a) Notice to unserved respondent is dispensed with, as the order passed herein is innocuous.

b) It shall be open for the petitioners to approach the Tahasildar, before whom proceedings are pending under the provisions of Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act seeking hearing on the issue of an opportunity granted to the Respondents permitting production of the documents in support of claim for tenancy.
