By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition No. (iv) in para 10 imposed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.), whilst enlarging the applicant on bail vide order dated 6th September 2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2010 of 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is a resident of Bihar and currently employed at Jamnagar and as such is required to attend both the trial Court as well as the Police Station. He submits that the applicant will abide by condition No. (v) of the SQ Pathan 1/2
appp.711.19.31.doc aforesaid order i.e. he will attend the trial Court on every date of hearing, however, seeks complete relaxation of clause (iv). For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and accordingly clause (iv) of the order dated 6th September 2018 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) in Bail Application No. 2010 of 2018 stands relaxed. The applicant is now not required to attend the concerned police Station. However, rest of the condition to remain as it is.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
