Perused the Application seeking restoration of the Criminal Appeal which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. From the contents of the Application, it is apparent that there is sufficient cause for non prosecution of the Appeal on the relevant date. Hence the Application is allowed. The order dismissing the Criminal Appeal for want of prosecution is set aside and the Criminal Appeal is restored to the file of this Court. It shall be listed for admission on 13th November, 2017. No further adjournment will be granted.
