Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, in Sessions Case No. 9 of 2016 wherein the Petitioner is accused, as of today 40 witnesses have been examined by the Prosecution and recording of evidence of 7 witnesses is remained.

In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive and Petition is accordingly disposed off.
