By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 222 days in filing the appeal. Mr.Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents opposes the application for condonation of delay on the ground that the delay is not sufficiently explained in the civil application. 2.

I have perused the averments made in the civil application. In my view, the applicant has explained the delay in paragraph 9 of the civil application. The reasons recorded in paragraph 9 of the civil application are accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
