We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner would make a detailed representation to the Respondent-Corporation with regard to the demand made by the Respondent-Corporation. The said representation shall be made within ten Mugdha

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 4.
