The Writ Petition and Criminal Application is filed through jail making limited grievance that the applicant be produced in the Court at the time of Trial. Mr. Saste assures Court that applicant is under trial prisoner and will be produced before Trial Court as and when necessary. The assurance is accepted.

In the light of the above Writ Petition as well as pending Criminal Application stands disposed of.
