This is an application of modification of the order dated 15.3.2016 passed in Criminal Application No.124/2016. The applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in the registry of the Appellate Court. In view of the same to make up the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- the applicant is hereby directed to pay an additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in the registry of the Appellate Court. With this modification the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
